Job description / Role
Purpose: To deliver food items ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of all delivery addresses and sales figures for future reference
• Responsible for running errand/tasks for the restaurant as instructed by the Asst Rest. Manager and business requirements, etc.
• Manage/maintain cash transactions and ensure to pass the same to the cashier.
• Maintain petty cash for change that the customers might need.
• Follow the traffic regulations and safe driving.
• Handle the food deliveries safely and as instructed.
• Attend all training provided
• Cross train in other sections as and when required to do.
• Improve on communication skills.
• Assist the order takers when required.
Requirements
• Valid UAE motorcycle for at least one year.
• Well-groomed and Presentable
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of buildings and landmarks
