Job Description
- Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests to and from designated locations.
- Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with luggage or any special requirements.
- Provide information about the local area and attractions.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Plan efficient routes to destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and the schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with the front desk or concierge regarding transportation schedules and any special requests.
- Adhere to company policies and local traffic regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Handle guest concerns or issues with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle different types of vehicles, including larger ones for group transportation.
- Flexibility with work hours, as guest transportation needs may vary.
