Duty Manager (Russian Speaker)

What you will be doing:
- Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of guests in coordination with the Front Office team.
- Maintain daily courtesy call sheet and share feedback/action with the Rooms Division Manager.
- Effectively handle all guest complaints concerning the Front Office along with the Rooms Division Manager, taking corrective action to prevent recurrence and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Knowledge in Opera system
- A female Russian speaking candidate is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
