Dynamic Web Developer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Developer, who is responsible for the development of company’s main and micro websites, web and mobile apps. The developer will support the entire product development lifecycle including concept, design, build, test, and refinement and be responsible for deployment, optimization and upgrades of applications for mobile platforms. The developer will be required to have experience in scripting, programming, interface design, layout, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.

Responsibilities:
- Develop/Maintain Company Websites and Microsites.
- Develop best-in-class mobile apps.
- Design and build mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms
- Design and implement bulletproof, maintainable code solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, sales and marketing to concept, scope, design, build and ship new mobile products and features.
- Test, refine and improve mobile app code, functionality and product offerings.

Requirements

- 4-5+ years of proven working experience in rapid web development with minimum of two years mobile app development experience.
- A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
- You have built and published at least one great business, corporate or productivity mobile application available on the App Store/Play Store.
- Experience with device level data protection and encryption
- Demonstrated understanding of complete mobile development life cycle
- Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
- Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO is a MUST.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of management’s timelines.
- Ability to work with team and in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
- Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
- Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
