Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity to join a brand new start-up as a customer focused E-commerce Assistant based in Tecom offices in Dubai.
• Applicants must have strong English language writing skills.
• Experience using Shopify is a plus.
• Day-to-day email correspondence with clients and customers ensuring all emails and messages are responded to in a timely manner.
• Advising clients and customers on Shopify, helping with products and descriptions
• Basic social media planning
• Adhoc admin/ PA duties to Directors
• Salary as a guide 3,000 AED per month total package
• 5 days a week 9 - 5
• 2+ years experience in Digital/ E-Commerce
• Experience in product and category management
• Photography skills preferred
• Ability to write content/ product descriptions in good English
• Basic admin skills such as spreadsheet ownership
