Job description / Role
- Responsible for daily operation of e-commerce store including order processing, fulfillment and customer relations.
- Coordinating courier shipping and order follow ups.
- Managing and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
- Updating e-commerce store and managing website content such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, size chart, visual images and product descriptions.
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to interact successfully both internally and externally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook
- 3-5 years experience in sales support, preferably with Electrical Trading background.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
