Position Summary:
This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated individual with a keen interest in the luxury or jewellery industry. The E-commerce Assistant will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies across various marketplaces, managing inventory and replenishment, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new collections. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor sales and stock levels across e-marketplaces, initiating replenishments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the stock manager to manage inventory efficiently.
• Coordinate with partner success managers to ensure timely product and collection updates.
• Manage administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations, including product setup, replenishment, discounts, and logistics.
• Utilize Shopify and Wix platforms to maintain product listings and updates.
• Assist with quarterly sales and stock predictions, analyzing market trends and seasonal influences.
• Must handle all the Online queries


Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience or familiarity with the luxury or jewelry industry preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently.
• Proficient in inventory management and familiar with marketplace onboarding processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and sales-driven.
• Values sustainability and work-life balance.

Work Environment:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. • On-site training provided, with a hands-on learning approach to all aspects of e-commerce operations.
• A supportive and dynamic team committed to innovation and success.

AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
