Position Title: E-Commerce Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the UAE’s leading fragrance companies, master blending the world’s purest Oud and various fragrance products. Pioneered the concept of exclusive and dedicated mono brand fragrance stores in leading malls and prime market locations in UAE, supported by a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Job Role:
• Accountable for everything that goes on in the company’s E-commerce site
• Post of the products, ensuring that all links are working, maintaining an updated database of inventory
• Implement various strategies to attract customers
• Promote the E-commerce site through SEO or search engine optimization skills
• In-charge for on-line marketing and increasing the sales through various strategies
• Manage the payment portals, coordinate with payment providers to maintain payment mechanisms that are secure and that protect customers’ personal details
• Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls from both their clients and suppliers within 24 hours or less
• Coordinate with logistics department to ensure product availability, and update the website
• Source different delivery options, plan and arrange delivery of products in a cost effective manner
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• With 3 years relevant experience in managing online store of a reputed retail company
• Proven experience in both e-commerce operations and SEO
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and supply chain management
• A strong enthusiasm towards timely execution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
