Ecommerce Brand Executive

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with one of the largest importers and retailers within Accessories, Watches & Eyeware and have a 150-store portfolio within malls, travel and online destinations.

Critical to their success is the delivering of world-class customer experienced, this retailer is currently looking for Ecommerce Brand Executive to be part of their eCommerce team for one of the specialist sites.

The roles and responsibilities of this Ecommerce Brand Executive position:

• Managing the inventory and demand planning based on data analysis of the site
• Handling e-commerce portal content plan
• Adding new categories based on insights from the eCommerce business
• Ensure proper item-level details/listings
• Creating and launching promotional activity of the category
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast channel reports
• Managing the buying cycle, order placement for brands with an effective management of the OTB (Open-To-Buy).
• Conducting site analysis/audits to improve product listing
• Planning out and executing the eCommerce promotional calendar
• Uploading and maintaining images, content descriptions, technical specifications & pricing, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this Ecommerce Brand Executive position:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in one of the GCC ecommerce players; or Retail Product/Brand Planner/Buying experience.
• Possess strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, result-driven and presentable.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
