eCommerce Design Manager - Bath & Body Works - UAE

This is an exciting new role which requires an experienced ecommerce design professional to lead and drive improvements and innovation within a growing business.

eCommerce is developing rapidly in the Middle East and with Alshaya being named the region's best multi-brand franchise operator there is no better time to join our growing business function. You will have the opportunity to lead innovation in the ecommerce in the Middle East and deliver valuable results to the business.

In this role you will responsible for web user interface creative and design guidelines throughout the design life cycle, from brief to execution on all our Bath & Body Works brand web sites. Through working closely with both internal teams and the host brand you will weave marketing initiatives, brand guidelines and business strategy into creative web solutions. By leading a team of web designers you will own the brand management in your area and deliver projects and solutions across multiple markets.

In addition to technical skills in JScript, PHP, XHTML, CSS and other web languages and knowledge of User-centered design, usability testing, information architecture, copy management, visual design, UAT you will have solid experience in delivering ecommerce projects at an operational level - ideally within the retail sector.
