What you'll be doing

As an Ecommerce Director for Faces - our multi-brand beauty concept, you will be accountable for the performance of your vertical's digital channels. Leading a team of diverse commercial talent, including merchandising, operations, product, creative, and digital marketing, your responsibilities include:

- Articulating, activating, and achieving the ecommerce strategy for your vertical
- Owning the P+L and understanding its drivers for the brands in your portfolio
- Nurturing a set of high performance mono- and multi-brand trading teams
- Clearly identifying growth levers across areas such as product, CX, marketing, etc.
- Promoting effective collaboration with COE teams, e.g. performance marketing
- Evangelising a data-driven mindset, with experimentation driving trading
- Ensuring alignment with the brands' HQs while adapting to the local markets
- Identifying and developing partnership opportunities to grow our market share
- Being a positive ambassador of the broader e-commerce organisation & culture
- Promoting the Group's industry reputation in the field of digital & ecommerce


What you'll need to succeed

- Seasoned customer-centric leader with both deep and broad digital experience
- Strong commercial acumen, capable of instilling a similar mindset in their teams
- Proven experience withing 360 ecommerce in the retail sector
- Beauty experience is highly preferred
- Ability to lead without ego, empowering and nurturing directly and indirectly
- Executive presence, able to build consensus across teams and define the vision
- A hunger to deliver truly transformational impact. This role is not for the timid!
