Our client is looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive their online sales strategy in the UAE. This role focuses on increasing sales, expanding customer reach, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate should understand ecommerce trends, digital marketing, and optimizing customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategy.
* Establish sales targets and SEO marketing plans.
* Optimize sales workflow process and platform framework.
* Review website security protocols and payment procedures.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
* Lead SEO and re-targeting efforts.
* Manage website usability and user experience.
* Work with IT department and external agencies.
* Oversee digital and social marketing activities.
* Maintain e-commerce inventory and handle orders.
* Ensure accuracy of product information.
* Evaluate website performance and track sales conversions.
* Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in business management or international business
* 5 to 7 years’ experience in e-commerce platforms & CRM management
* Technical expertise in various software systems and ecommerce platforms
* Proficiency in data analysis, web designing, and SEO optimization

* Zero unjustifiable cancellations or refunds of orders
* Customer acquisition rate
* Average order value
* Website maintenance & Product catalogue update
