My client is an international solutions provider within the ELV industry.
An opportunity has arise for an experieced ELV Design Engineer to join their team in Dubai.
This position will be reporting to the Project Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, estimation, consulting, and pre-sales coordination for projects with ELV / LC Packages.
5+ years’ experience in designing and engineering of Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Fire Alarm, Emergency Light, Evacuation System, BMS, Master Clock, Nurse Calling, Digital Signage, e-learning, SMATV, Intercom, Gate Barriers, AV, Public Address, Background Music, IP-telephony, IP-TV…
Engineering, Quantity Take off and Generating Material & Installation BoQs.
Technical & Commercial Response.
Project Submittals.
Review and assessment of Tender, RFP, RFQ.
Prepare quotes, designs, & proposals for Security Systems & Audio Visuals
Prepare system layouts, specifications, wiring diagrams and shop drawings.
Requirements
Minimum 5 year of experience in the industry with at least 3 years designing ELV systems for Airport, Hospital, Hotel, University, Shopping Center, Community Center projects.
Ability to interact with consultants and end users to handle technical meetings.
Awareness of wide range of products of different suppliers.
Capability to Review, create and modify AutoCAD drawings.
Preferably to have experience in Active Components and Networking.
MS Office, Visio.
Diploma or higher in Telecom, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Preferably to be RCDD
Preferably to be CCNA
