The Email Marketing Specialist - Abu Dhabi will be responsible for building and optimizing email, SMS, and push notification marketing communications the company's clients and prospects.

Description

The Email Marketing Specialist - Abu Dhabi will have the following responsibilities:

* Create, test and schedule email, SMS and push Notifications campaigns within our Marketing could & salesforce Systems.
* Support ad hoc Campaigns delivery requests
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful campaigns and measure ROI (IT, Product, sales, compliance..)
* Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management "salesforce"
* Capacity for creating, email mock-up's and landing pages.
* Create, maintain and optimise automated customer journeys
* Analyse performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions
* Work closely with Head of marketing to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results
* Assists with the compilation of campaign reports
* Present data driven reports with actions and delivery dates.

Requirements

The Email Marketing Specialist - Abu Dhabi should have the following:

* 4 years of relevant experience especially in the mobile Marketing space
* Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver
* Skilled in HTML coding
* Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
* 3 years' experience in Salesforce & Marketing cloud
* UX/UI Experience
* Attention to details
* Creative thinking
* Team worker, lifelong learner
* Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
* Fluent in English
