Job description / Role

- We are on the lookout for a Sales Person - Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team.
- To be eligible for the role, candidates must have Medical and general insurance sales experienced
- Preferably with CII certification. The role of the Employee Benefits Specialist is to ensure growth, profitability and client retention of their portfolio by building and nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing growth opportunities by providing expertise on the full range of all Lifecare solutions.
- In addition. The role is responsible for ensuring the client’s expectations are met by effectively managing all aspects of the client servicing process.

Requirements

- Must demonstrate 2 to 3 years medical / general insurance sales experience.
- Preferably with CII certification.
