As Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, and cultivating trust and positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders across the organisation.

Optimise and streamline employee relations processes, including grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and performance management systems.

Requirements

* Possess over 7 years' experience in a similar Employee Relations role.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
* Excel at conflict resolution, mediation, and communication, ensuring fair and objective outcomes.
* Are a data-driven and analytical thinker, adept at identifying and implementing process improvements.
