Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Magic Circle Law Firm who is looking to hire an Energy & Infrastructure Associate Solicitor with c.1 - 3 PQE + to play a key role in its market leading and top ranked offering in Dubai.
The role will involve covering the full mix of projects and project finance work acting for high profile sponsors, governments and lenders, in relation MENA wide energy (conventional & renewable), infrastructure and power projects. The position will be to work closely with the lead partners in Dubai as well as the firm’s wider global network. As part of small team you will actively be involved with some of the highest profile projects in the Middle East and Africa.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a common law qualified projects / project finance Lawyer, with c. 1 - 3 years PQE, based either in the UAE with legal directories rated firm experience, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand etc. The firm is interested in a high calibre individual with ideally projects and project finance transactional experience gained at a leading firm, with excellent academics, who is looking to develop their long-term career at a leading global Law Firm. Experience of all aspects of project finance or projects work is not required, the firm is interested in ambitious candidates interested in building broad experience.
