Charterhouse is working with an established global management consulting firm. A global firm, focused on providing strategic advice and executing change across Strategy, Process, HR, and IT.

In this role, your main responsibilities include managing consulting projects as part of the FinTech practice. The primary focus is to work on IT strategy / application selection / program management engagements, CIO advisory, program assurance/ health checks, there will also be significant opportunities to work on engagements across strategy formulation, process and business transformation areas. Engagements involve building business ownership and coordinating with client team -business and technical and with vendor personnel. Our clients FinTech practice has rich experience in evaluation, selection and project management across leading vendors of core banking, treasury, trade finance, enterprise GL, cash management, credit card, risk management, data warehousing systems and other applications. Our client has offices in global cities, and as a result a fantastic coverage of projects presently executed in the Asia/Middle East region. Responsibilities will also include consulting engagement delivery, client relationship, team management and critically, assistance in identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, a good academic track record plus a Masters or a post-graduate Degree from a premier B-school. You should also hold rich experience in project lead / PM roles, along with a good understanding of the BFSI segment. Core banking experience would be a plus, PMP/ Prince certification advantageous. Critically for this role a willingness to travel and a long term career in consulting is highly desirable.
