Engineering Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

- To manage efficiently a maintenance and repair program for the Hotel.
- To manage all purchase orders, coordination with accounts, purchasing and suppliers.
- To operate an effective an energy conservation program.
- To participate and supervise new projects developed for the Hotel.
- To operate the department with minimum cost but maintaining high quality standards.
- To ensure effective communication within the department and with other operational departments in the Hotel.
- Maintain appropriate equipment operating log.
- To follow, coordinate for cleaning and maintaining engineering work and technical areas.
- To ensure execution of repair orders and preventive maintenance program

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Experience in similar role is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
