English Copywriter

Job description / Role

We are looking for a hands-on copywriter who would love to work on challenging projects in an international setting at our growing office in Dubai.

You are experienced in all aspects of copy production – with a solid hands-on execution ability.

You are a visionary agent that creates original, powerfully engaging copy in everything you do.

The Role
• Proven ability to think conceptually AND create outstanding writing
• Strong client relationship building skills and abilities
• Confident, articulate presenter and storyteller
• Solid communicator that excels in a multi-disciplined team environment
• Thrives in a independent agency, start-up environment
• Proactive, able to work as entrepreneur for the agency
• Ability to push boundaries and challenge creativity to serve our clients needs to the fullest.
• Avid follower of how marketing and the advertising landscape are evolving;
• Exceptional cultural and insight skills, intuitive ability to understand what makes people “tick’
• Displays integrity by being open and honest

The Proof
• Strong experience generating big brand (platform) ideas for international brands and break-through campaigns. Mixed experienced preferred over single client sector expertise.
• Fluent in written/spoken English

The KPI’s:
• Attention to detail
• Ensuring all work carried out is checked for spelling errors and delivered perfectly to Line manager
• All calendars for Social Media a completely translated after final approvals
• To be able to execute the tasks on time & meet all deadlines agreed with the clients with 0% default.

• Should have a understanding of Agency working process
• Ability to handle client expectations for tight deadlines, with a good eye for detail
• Ability to flawlessly manage multiple clients and projects with effective ease
• Should have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Someone who has a passion for communication is a keen learner and eager to grow.
• Should be inclined towards staying up to date on understanding of digital trends.
• Someone who is willing to be accountable for his/her actions and has the self belief to grow in the organization
