As an Entertainment Strategy Senior Manager/Director you will act as a strategic partner across the business, proactively representing, directing and consulting across varied projects in order to capitalise on the interest and upcoming boom in entertainment within the MENA region

Description

* Lead strategic initiatives and provide advisory services to organisations in improving productivity and overall performance in the media and entertainment sector
* Analyse business's goals and direction and ensure that practices align with company objectives and make suggestions to improve practices increase performance and market share
* Support Business Development teams in pre-sales, cross selling products and services and identify new business opportunities within existing clients, build and maintain client relationships
* Lead the creation of Entertainment propositions where required to drive creation of new products and services
* Develop market overviews, create competitive landscapes, and support the evaluation of potential new business cases, partnerships, and other strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

* Strong and proven experience in a strategy consulting role in the entertainment sector
* Educated to degree level (MBA preferred)
* Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills (Arabic language will be an advantage)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives in large complex businesses
* Track record of developing client accounts and cultivating business relationships
