Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Entering customer orders, tracking and reporting on the status of those orders
- Analysis of customer ordering data
- Report weekly and monthly on order fulfillment and container loss and damage
- Work pro-actively to identify loss and damage and address issues appropriately
- Project involvement to drive efficiencies and process improvement
- Responsible for supply chain analysis
- Responsible for all supply chain reporting
- Supports network modeling.
- Works with all supply chain functions to create and systematically measure performance
- Act as support function for operations, transportation, logistics, customer service and sales.
- Identifies supply chain savings opportunities
- Revises and gains approval for SOP’s as needed
- Supports customer and program management on customer implementations
- Works with customers to ensure all necessary physical and administrative controls are in place, including education of warehouse personnel on proper use of equipment, timely and accurate reporting, management of down streaming activity and store controls.
- Manages distributor and customer cycle time by continual enforcement of policies involving control and asset utilization.
- Reduces distributor damage rate by observing warehouse activity and emphasizing cost of misuse and re-use during regular service visits to warehouses.
- Responsible for resolving all customer issues, including, but not limited to invoice issues, negative balances, rental escrow days, and Portfolio issues, and provides timely feedback to customer.
- Pursues outstanding accounts receivable within customer base to keep invoicing payments current.
- Reduces number of manual transactions reported by establishing an electronic method of reporting within a customer location.
- Works with Operations and Logistics to reduce product and service failures within their territory

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT.
- 2-3 years’ experience in using Oracle E-Business Suit (Especially in SCM Modules).
- Experience in Logistics Operations (Goods Receiving, Storage, Stock Management, Preparation and Dispatch.
- Good Analytical & Communication Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks, including the appropriate prioritization of tasks.
