Position Title: ERP Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role
- Determines scope of the ERP project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the ERP system
- Evaluates and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirement to meet organizational needs
- Leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP deployment
- Defines and track project milestones from start to finish
- Breaks projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Regularly communicate project status to appropriate teams and management
- Works with the ERP company to ensure detailed project timelines are accounted for in the company roadmap
- Ensures teams are following the agreed upon project structure and appropriately utilizing project management tool

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Any nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP project coordination and software deployment
- Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
- Excellent communication skills
