Job description / Role
• To develop and implement open source ERP system to streamline and interlink departmental communication to avoid gaps.
• Day-to-day maintenance of ERP system, creating custom fields, installing new upgrades & testing for bugs.
• Data migration & Data backup on daily/weekly basis.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted audience.
• Liaise with other departments for requirement gathering, understanding the scope of work.
• Work on various modules of ERP including – CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Helpdesk, Accounts.
• Able to create custom Scripts for automation process in ERP.
• Set up and create custom Reports on open source ERP.
• Manage and maintain data to segment and personalize campaigns, providing the sales and marketing team with insights into how their prospects engaged with the campaigns.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of ERP and CRM experience.
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, Git, Linux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Cloud Hosting.
• Confident in customer engagement tools
• Savvy with all technical and ERP related tools.
• Process driven, Creativity and Innovating.
• Team and collaboration spirit.
