ERP Manager - Odoo

As an ERP Manager, you be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP solutions at the entity, reporting directly to the Director of Technology.

Description

* Collaborate with multiple departments to assess ERP needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot help desk issues to ensure smooth operation.
* Install and integrate ERP software/applications for seamless functionality.
* Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users.
* Develop scripts and design user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with external developers.
* Create technical and training manuals to facilitate user understanding.
* Provide support for ancillary and integrated systems to maintain operational efficiency.
* Lead business intelligence initiatives to establish standardised dashboards and reporting solutions across departments.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
* 8 - 10 years of experience with in-depth knowledge in ERP implementation and business process integration.
* Deep knowledge and experience in Odoo.
* Proficiency in ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines.
* Experience in managing consultants and external vendors.
* Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
