Recruiting for a global multinational!
The Project Manager leads all efforts in supporting and advancing the business applications and technology portfolio including an ERP implementation.
Work as liaison between departments and Technology Services to develop and manage activities of the department to ensure effective, efficient implementation of an ERP system and to ensure adequate technological resources are in place to meet the client’s strategic initiatives.
Plan, design and implement IT-related policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as manage the supporting solutions analyst, consultants and vendors.
Work with decision makers in all departments and divisions to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective technology solutions.
Participates in the development of IT Department operational and strategic planning, including planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all ERP related applications and sub-systems.
Lead the business technology development process: Develop project scope and definition, by engaging business staff, IT and other key stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Procurement etc); Develop a compelling business case including identifying resources required, funding, and success metrics; Conduct a formal follow up review of projects against stated objectives and metrics.
Works with internal decision makers to define business and functional requirements for new technology implementations including all continued process enhancements, change management and integration.
• Undergraduate degree plus a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience managing information technology, or overall equivalent experience. Experience overseeing the selection and implementation of a large-scale ERP system. Excellent project management and technical skills are required as well as the ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Must have hands on experience with multiple ERP implementations with Finance, Real Estate, Properties as a core function.
• Strong technical knowledge of current IT models for both Software as Service and On Premises solution delivery, as well as security best practices.
