Job description / Role
• Conduct site visits to review project scope of work, develop estimates and proposal costs, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Prepare bid documents, which may include scopes of work, specifications, and diagrams.
• Manage and track bids, including reviewing and evaluating bids to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform cost analysis, including verifying unit costs, determining total project cost, and estimating variance.
• Track project progress, ensure payments are made on time, and reconcile financial activities.
