Estimation Engineer (Electrical & Control System)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities:
* Determining the scope of the project, reviewing of preliminary data and deliverables such as specifications and drawings, as well as attending pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
* Responsible for developing the cost estimates for an entire project, calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and preparing and assembling bids and proposals.
* Coordinate with the Subcontractor/Vendor/OEM and perform assessment on their proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps.
* Aiding contract handoff to Project Managers/Operations once the project has been awarded.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years to 5 years experience as Estimation Engineer for Electrical and Control System with minimum 2 years experience in UAE in the same position.
