Estimation Manager

Job description / Role

* Schedule the entire tender process on available resources and monitor to deliver on time.
* Receiving Tender Enquires and prepare an over view report on the project to submit and discus with management to get approval for participating in bid.
* Raise tender clarification to consultant in case of missing data and follow-up until clarified.
* Identify the special items to be quantified and inform QS to takeoff quantities.
* Request and collect the market rates from purchase department for building materials for prizing.
* Prepare detailed cost buildup for each BOQ item in candy.

Requirements

* Due to nature of job FEMALE candidate is preferred
* Degree in Civil / Architectural from reputed university
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Estimation Department with 2+ years in Managerial Grade
* Should be a team player with flexible approach
