Job description / Role
The Estimator is responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works. The estimator must have the foundation knowledge in woods and quantity surveying. The whole project depends on his estimation works.
- Responsible for estimation process
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues
- Visiting sites to gather information needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Middle East with a Joinery Fit-out firm

- Estimation, Joinery. Fit-outs, High-End, Apartments, Luxury Villas & Hotels
