Estimator (Junior/Senior Level) - Interior Fit Out

Job description / Role

Client - a tier 1 construction and interior fit out contractor - are looking to appoint multiple new estimators to their team at both junior and senior levels. The successful candidate will work on prestigious projects in the UAE and work with some of the top talent in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a mixed experience of estimation for fit out and joinery as well as experience in the design stage on design and build projects. It is also acceptable to be from a main contracting shell and core background.

Requirements

- Degree educated in a relevant subject
- At least 5 years in a relevant estimation role for fit out or main contracting
- Experience on hospitality projects highly beneficial
- Capability to work on design and build projects - being involved with design team
- Able to manage multiple estimations concurrently.
- Western nationals heavily preferred
