Job description / Role
European Executive Chef up to 36K AED for a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai
- Ability to create menus that are innovative and profitable
- Proven record in making own concept, increasing of profit and reaching targets
- Strong background in doing paperwork, reports, inventory planning, ordering, receiving, training of staff, P&L, food cost and waste management, labor cost, menu development, preparing of shifts and, with good connection with suppliers
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Requirements
- Open to European Nationals
- Male, 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or any relevant certification/training
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef with strong BOH Management skills
- Expertise in Brazilian/Lebanese/ cuisine is required
- Young, creative and proven record of introducing new dish/es on the menu
- Excellent leadership and management
- Can join immediately or max 1-month notice
- Work Location: Dubai
Salary is up to 36,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal
