Job description / Role
European or North African Outlet Manager up to 11K AED for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
• Responsible for all activities involved with day to day operations, such as food inventory, sales goals, customer service, food quality checks, professionalism, employee conduct, financial activities, building maintenance, financial activities, and marketing
Requirements
• Open to EUROPEAN and NORTH AFRICAN candidates
• Male/Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management/any equivalent training or certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Has strong stand-alone outlet experience
• Business knowledge in health and safety
• Must know how to work in a multi-cultural working environment
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Solid Profit and Loss (P&L) management and Revenue background
• Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills
• Can join immediately (cancelled visa or visit visa is prioritized) or maximum 1-month
• Work location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Salary up to 11,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus yearly ticket, free medical, life insurance, 30 days paid vacation yearly
