European South African Lead Architect Up To 25k AED for A Landscaping Company in Dubai

• Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project
• Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
• Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
• Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs
• Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage
• Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
• Seek new work through marketing or by giving presentations

Requirements

• European/South African
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Must have experience in UAE
• Must be proficient in CADD and MS Office
• BA/MA in Landscape Architecture/Design or related degree
• Can manage, mentor and motivate a project landscape design team
• Can efficiently and effectively realize landscape project requirements and deliver in accordance with statutory requirements and guidelines
• Shows strong interpersonal and management skills within the work environment, with the client and other organizations

Salary up to 25k AED depending on experience and qualifications
