Job description / Role
- Coordinates with the Sales Centre, Business Development Managers, relevant hotel departments and the customers
- Executes all hotel events with seamless turnover, from business development managers to service managers, and through to post event follow up
- Ensures that all customers are given consistent high level of service throughout each event
- Coordinates all events as delegated to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Ensures catering dairy booking procedures and group audits adhered to
Requirements
- Open to ANY nationality; preferably Asians
- Female, 38 years old and below
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience as Events Assistant/Admin/Coordinator
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
