JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Project/Event (Sports)
Department/Function: Project Management
Region: Dubai -UAE
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary:- AED 5000- AED 7000

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the creative team to understand the project/event brief and scope.
• Prepare draft event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.
• Assist in planning the project/event brief based on the scope of work and the design and creative implementation.
• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes that align with project plans.
• Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the project plans.
• Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
• Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
• Conduct an action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the projects.
• Highlight project implementation issues and deviations from plans in project reports and meetings.
• Conduct outreach with various vendors/partners/suppliers/participants to be a part of the event and activation.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE
• Diploma/BS degree in Events, Marketing, Advertising, Sports Management
• Strong proficiency in the English language and Arabic language is an advantage.

SKILLS
• English speaking and written knowledge are a must.
• Excellent Research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• ? Proposal and presentation skills, on-ground, and management skills
