Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with a renowned event solutions provider who are looking to hire a creative Events Manager to join their team.
This role requires an eye for detail and creative flair as you will be responsible for managing the entire events process from initial client briefing and conceptual stage up to and including the execution of the event. You will produce detailed proposals for events including; timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets. Leading up to the event you will manage and oversee the entire set up and operational duties liaising with all the suppliers and contractors to ensure that the event is delivered within budget, timescale and the clients original brief.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and have prior event management experience within the UAE. You should have strong communication and negotiation skills alongside the ability to manage your time and multiple projects effectively. Due to the travel required across the region the successful candidate should also have their own car and UAE driving license.
