Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known international retailer who is looking for an Events Executive that will be based in Dubai.

Job Description

As the Events Executive, you must perform the following duties:

* Planning and ensuring that the events are carefully planned, and timetable is met.
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Provide exceptional customer service, delivery and project quality.
* Check upon sites to ensure all arrangements and preparations are going according to approved plan. Ensure that backup plans are ready in case there are changes needed to be done.
* Deliver the best results according to the budget allotted.
* Providing leadership and motivation to project team and ensure that the team is performing their duties as delegated.
