Events Specialist

Job description / Role

Dubai based leading developer is looking for an Events Production and Operations Specialist with minimum of 3-5 years local UAE experience in events production and operations field. Males preferred.

The candidate should possess average knowledge on event production and running of events that comprises of events operations.

The profile of the candidate will be managing multiple venues and handling bookings for venues, coordinating all paper work and permits for the event, overseeing and supervising setup and dismantle of the setups, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met by external event organizers while setting up and dismantling of the events.

Requirements

Job requires long term commitment and growth is ensured. Long working hours due to the nature of work.

• Driver’s license will be a bonus but not mandatory.
• Good communication and writing skills are mandatory.
• Project management and organizational skills are required for the job. Job includes on-desk and on-site work including admin related work and on-site operations related work scope.
• Pro-level experience required in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint required for the job profile.
