Job description / Role
• Responsible for the reconciliation of all revenue operations reports against the General Ledger.
• Provide Handover related to Customer details to asset management in a timely manner.
• Receive , maintain and store all revenue documents in timely and accurate manner so that correct and up-to-date balances are reflected.
• Prepare and dispatch Invoices, credit notes, discrepancy reports in a timely and accurate manner so that amounts owned by the concerned are collected promptly.
• Receive, account and analyze credit notes, incentive payments received in order to highlight variances to the Senior Accountant.
• Responsible for update the revenue reports on a daily basis, and data input in Oracle.
• Prepare various other statistical reports to facilitate timely reconciliation of various designated accounts.
• Carry out all required physical verification of the property files.
• Scan and Maintain files for documents related to invoices and receipts for record purposes.
• Prepare timely report for the manager for making informed decisions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Commerce/ Accounting/Economics/ Finance or related area.
Minimum Experience:
3-4 years experience in a similar role.
Job specific Skills:
Interpersonal skills, independent worker, ability to meet deadlines, numerical ability, & advanced excel skills.
