A unique and prestigious opportunity has arisen for an exceptionally talented and dedicated Executive Assistant to support a high profile individual. Working in this Private Office, you will be providing first class executive secretarial and administrative support, coordinating complex diary and travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, undertaking research requests and providing analysis and recommendations of findings. Duties will also include meeting and greeting VIP's and senior dignitaries on a worldwide basis.
This role requires a Western candidate with exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written together with a professional and confident manner when dealing with senior officials and VIP's. You must possess a minimum of 5 years experience working at board level ideally within a Private Office. Our client is looking for someone who takes extreme pride in seeing tasks and projects through to completion, who is happy to go the extra mile as this is a full on role that requires commitment and dedication.
