Job description / Role
We are working with our client to source an Executive Assistant to the Executive Management Team of this diversified, international organisation. The company currently has a team of thirty personnel operating in the JLT office and due to expansion, the company is now opening a further office in the DIFC.
The purpose of the role is to help high-level executives with day-to-day operations, help to navigate their day and manage the executive office. You will be relied upon to manage complex and ever changing schedules and assist in coordinating travel, drafting emails, reviewing and preparing reports/presentations and managing highly confidential records.
This position involves high-level contacts and exposure to corporate critical information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, judgment and confidentiality. There will be liaison between the Executives and other management, aligning execution to goals, removing roadblocks, and gathering research to facilitate faster decision-making, and ensuring communication and reporting are happening smoothly and consistently. There will be some personal support for the Executive and his family and flexibility is key. There will be extensive interaction with the JLT office and you will occasionally be expected to visit the office to attend meetings etc.
Our client is looking for least 6 years progressively responsible experience in an Executive support role to a senior manager with strong oral and written communication in English. The successful applicant must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multi-cultural work environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity. A stable CV is mandatory with 2-3 years in each role to date.
