Job description / Role
Our client is a multinational Professional Services firm with an amazing team culture who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support up Partners and Principals.
You will be responsible for extensive diary and calendar management, travel and car bookings, coordinating management meetings, preparing proposals, presentations, expenses and ad hoc administration support where required.

Requirements
The right candidate for this role will be amicable, energetic, a professional team player with a proactive, flexible and engaging, dynamic approach. Someone who is organised, excellent at multi-tasking and prioritising and then re-prioritising. You will possess exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal and be well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Previous experience within a Professional Services/Consulting environment is essential. A confident and professional demeanor coupled with immaculate presentation will be key.
