Would you like to start the new decade with a fantastic firm? If you have professional services experience as an Executive Assistant, then this could be your chance!

We are seeking a dynamic, polished, proactive and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to work with one of our Globally acclaimed Clients operating in the Professional Services space in the DIFC. Working as part of an exceptionally friendly and high achieving team, you will be supporting a mix of Senior level Executives with demanding requirements and a need for the highest levels of attention to detail with a friendly attitude! You will have exceptional English language skills and have ideally had exposure within a management consulting environment or similar.

This is a superb role for an individual who really likes to work hard and receive the recognition associated with a high level of performance.

Requirements

At least five years of administrative experience in role requiring strong project coordination. Demonstrates a business acumen and financial awareness. Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products. Organised, Analytical and Creative.
