Executive Assistant - UAE experience required
Charterhouse is working with a regionally successful and fast-growing Food and Beverages organisation looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the business’ expansion. This role will be based within their Dubai office and will support the CEO on a full-time permanent basis. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced and ambitious organisation where experience of the region will be considered essential. Our client is expanding its operations and for this reason, requires an additional EA to support the growth of the business.
The role will focus on providing direct support to the CEO, organizing all travel and transportation arrangements in addition to scheduling all meetings and appointments accurately and efficiently. You will also be involved within office operations and will support on adhoc administrative projects where required. This role’s responsibilities will also involve managing contracts with external vendors, ensuring that pricings and rates are negotiated and that the services provided are to a high standard. This role will play a key part in coordinating staff training, coaching and general team activities to ensure that the office is operating to a high standard.
Due to the nature of this role, it is imperative that you possess proven UAE experience and are comfortable in working within fast-paced and dynamic working environments where adaptability and efficiency within your work is required.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years’ EA experience secured within the UAE and will be a highly effective communicator, exceptionally organized and able to streamline processes where required. A high standard of written and spoken English will be required due to the level of seniority and nature of work that you will be involved in on behalf of the business. The post-holder will be a natural self-starter, eager to exceed expectations and in possession of an unquestionable work ethic.
