Job description / Role
Our client a leading international financial services company are currently seeking a highly experience EA to join the team for a 7 month contract. The ideal candidate will come from a banking/financial services background and will have supported senior level individuals. Must be available to start in January, being on husband's sponsorship is also ideal.
- Diary management
- Expense management for a team of 7 people.
- Arranging travel within the GCC, Europe and Asia
- Arrange cars (chauffeurs) within GCC and UAE
- General telephone coverage for the team
- Liaise with the team regarding compliance procedures with clients
- Booking restaurants, meetings and events
- Liaising with European and Asian assistants to help with travel and logistics within the GCC
- Updating database and portal information
- General administration and filing
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English - reading, writing, speaking
- Minimum 3 years experience as an EA in the financial services industry
- The ideal candidate will be on their husband/father's sponsorship and be available to start at the end of January 2015 and work until the beginning of September 2015
