Job description / Role
A Dubai based, GCC-focused private equity firm targeting growth capital and buyouts of businesses in attractive sectors is currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant for the Associate Investment Team. It has a strong regional team with financial and operational expertise, and a successful track record in adding value to the companies it invests in through a hands-on approach.
As an ambassador for the organisation, the role is key to the success of the business. The PA will provide support to a busy and dynamic team where energy and passion is rife. The team need support in arranging travel, booking hotels and organising itineraries on an ongoing basis as well as a general high level of professional secretarial/administrative support to employees within the team. There will be assistance in all secretarial tasks including production of documents, presentations, reports, proposals and all other documents using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Requirements
Administrative, secretarial, document production and PA experience is desired, as is good knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Word, Power Point and Excel and the successful candidate should be highly organised, efficient and capable of working to instructions with minimum supervision. In addition, the job holder will possess excellent communication skills and good telephone manner coupled with an excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines. Local experience is a must for this role and our client is looking for exemplary communication levels in English.
