Executive Assistant/Business Development Professional

Job description / Role

My client is an interior design company that represent high-end furniture brands. They require an Executive Assistant/Business Development professional to join the team. The position comes with very high responsibility, as the successful applicant will be the face of the company in the stead of the General Manager and as such must be presentable, knowledgeable, organised and a good communicator. A background in a relevant company and role are a must.

Requirements

- Well presented female candidates preferred.

- Experience working in the UAE in a similar industry, preferable working with high-profile brands and clientele.

- Ability to multi-task and essentially manage the business in the absence of superiors - anything from client meetings, business development, human resources, arranging travel, marketing and events and also media relations and admin.

- Candidates from Western Europe, India and GCC are preferred.
