Charterhouse is working with a leading government organisation within Professional Services based in Abu Dhabi, who is looking to hire a professional Executive Assistant to support the Private Equity Department.
The Executive Assistant will be the key point of contact, providing executive level support to the Director. Responsibilities will include complex diary management, overseas travel arrangements, booking meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging corporate events.
This role will greet and welcome clients or guests into the business, answer phone calls and respond to queries where possible, as well as manage correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports. Working closely with the Director, this role may handle highly confidential information, so must be a loyal and trustworthy individual.
This varied position requires an Executive Assistant who comes from a professional working background, who is able to work well within a fast-paced environment with proven ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines and also handling other administrative duties and support the office where required.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should be Degree educated and must have experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting C-Level Executives. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
Our client is looking for someone highly motivated and a result driven individual with excellent team working skills. It is essential to have proficient MS Office skills, outstanding communication skills in English and be highly presentable. The ideal candidate should have a can-do approach and be able to handle a high-pressure environment.
This role is for UAE Nationals and ideally should be residing in Abu Dhabi already.
