Job description / Role
Supporting a Partner you will be responsible as follows:
- Diary and travel management
- Mailbox and communication management
- Marketing activities
- Update client tracking databases
- PowerPoint presentations
- Arrange small events
- Reception coverage as needed and assigned
- Manage expenses and timesheets on a monthly basis
Requirements
- A minimum of five years direct executive secretarial experience in either a multinational company, professional services firm or bank
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English, French speaking is a bonus but not essential.
- Advanced level in using Microsoft Word, Outlook and at an intermediate level using Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and positive

- Proficient communication, organisation and time management skills
